Orders, payments & delivery

Acceptance and availability of all orders are subject to change. If the products requested are not available, you will be notified through e-mail (or other methods if no e-mail address was supplied) and given the choice to either wait until the item becomes available from stock or cancel your order.

Any orders you place will be considered an offer to acquire products from us, and we have the right to reject such offers at any time. You agree that any automatic acknowledgment of your order from us does not constitute our approval of your offer to acquire goods or services displayed on the website.

Orders are paid via the checkout. You should provide your name, shipping and email address, credit card details and phone number (optional).

You will be responsible for the items after they are delivered to the delivery address you indicated when buying them. We assume no responsibility if you submit an erroneous delivery address or fail to get the items from the provided delivery location.

Promotion terms & conditions:

Buy 2, Get 3 Set: Participating orders must be a minimum of 9.99 GBP to qualify for the promotion. Upon purchasing 2 different cosmetic products from the same series, customers will receive a coupon to redeem the 3rd product. This complimentary item must be a shampoo and its value should not exceed the total cost of the original order.

Offer valid for purchases made at NatureVeins.com. Receive one bonus coupon per every two orders placed. Coupon applicable on future purchases. Offer may not be combined with other promotions. Family orders must be placed under a single account.

Cancellation & refund

If you change your mind and cancel your order after it has been dispatched to you or after you have received the items, please return your item within 30 days. The items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition in which they were delivered/shipped by Hem Stitch LTD. We will not accept any item for exchange or refund if it has been used or is not in the same condition in which it was delivered/shipped by us.

We will return the whole amount you paid for the purchase to your original payment method. In order to get refund you have to write us at [email protected] not later than 14 days.

Amendments

We retain the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time, and such changes will be notified to you by an appropriate statement on the website. It is your responsibility to keep an eye on such amendments. After we have made such a notice, the modifications will apply to the usage of the website.
